Please review the following information and guidelines provided below to aid Competition Organizers.

The following documentation must be completed and submitted according to the schedule below:

1. Recognized Competitions Application Form
2. Show Form  (sample)
3. Sample Release of Liability - Adult
4. Sample Release of Liability - Minor
5. Certificate of insurance
6. Competitor List
7. Remittance Form
8. Competition Result template – Please email treasurer@equestriannl.ca for excel file template to be sent.  
9. Accident/Incident Report Form
10. Helmet Waiver

List of other required elements to be in place prior to show:

1. Helmet Policy if different than NLEA Helmet policy
2. Emergency Action Plan (sample)
3. Emergency Procedure Poster (sample)
4. Equine Biosecurity Policy
5. Judges Score Card

Show forms will be available on this page before shows or by contacting the venue.

Please note the competitions are run by individual venues. Please contact venue about requirements for entry, including bio-security measures, such as negative Coggins test and vaccination records.

Results from show are the responsibility of the show secretary to submit to the NLEA no later that 2 weeks after the show date for year end divisional points.
